brand and community building.
Born from a desire to make new friends in my NYC neighborhood, I began a social media movement that enabled tens of thousands of people to engage with each other and with local businesses.
Over the course of 3.5 years, I created a handful of sponsored community programs and clubs that inspired predominately women to step out of their comfort zone and meet others in approachable and inclusive settings. From producing compelling content that moved the needle for small businesses, to planning events and experiences that leveraged local flavor, I set my fellow neighbors up for success with boundless opportunity for connection.
The result? Countless friendships made, and nearly $500,000 in tracked revenue for sponsors and brand partners.
(I since sold the account, but my successor is killing it. Give @uesgirls a follow if you’re a New Yorker!)
