SUNDAYS

Offered on a first come first serve basis, Sweat Sundays is a springtime fitness initiative that leverages local fitness studios and our favorite instructors and welcomes small groups of UES Girls to participate. Sweat Sundays classes are typically low impact or high intensity (think Pilates, yoga, HIIT, full body boot camps!).

Each Sweat Sundays class is promoted on UES Girls Instagram Stories (1) week prior to the class date. Your RSVP is confirmed once you’ve registered for your spot in class directly with the studio.
